You may notice that there are only two posts about Singapore, and that is because we haven’t really spent a lot of time exploring it on our own terms. Caroline has (very generous) family there, which is what keeps us returning, but we only ever seem to end up in places like Orchard Road; an area where Prada loincloths and Gucci golf clubs abound, and people with gravity-defying haircuts mince about and pretend not to notice the maids who take over Lucky Plaza on Sundays.
